Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Mark Adrian Sammut t/a Multisourcer ("we", "us", "Multisourcer"), based in Malta. By purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Delivery

All products sold on multisourcer.com are digital files, including but not limited to: AI prompt packs, ebooks, templates, spreadsheet tools, intelligence reports, courses and subscription digests.

Products are delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is automated and typically completes within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your files within one hour, contact hello@multisourcer.com.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds are offered after product delivery.

Every product page includes a detailed description, file format, and contents summary. We encourage you to review these before purchasing. If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your files, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Licence

Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the product for both personal and commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All product content — including text, templates, prompts, data, and design — is the intellectual property of Multisourcer and is protected by copyright.

AI prompt outputs: Any content you generate using our AI prompts and skills is entirely yours. We claim no ownership over outputs produced by using our prompt templates with AI tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is". While we take every care to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that any product will achieve specific results for your particular use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multisourcer's total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they offer greater protection. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable EU law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
